La Caserne Chanzy is the only exclusive boutique hotel in the heart of Reims, with a picturesque and unique location opposite the cathedral of Reims. This, in combination with the luxury of the hotel and spa, ensures an unforgettable experience for guests.
The delicate spa in this hotel is connected to the other Deep Nature spas. The luxurious interior space offers a swimming pool with massaging jets, a traditional Finnish sauna and a steam room. Guests can extend their relaxing experience in one of the 5 treatment cabins for a treatment or massage.
At this location, xPlan software is used to handle all aspects of the spa and club. This includes among others fully automated planning of treatments and membership management. Our user-friendly module also simplifies everything that is related to ecommerce, such as online reservations, e-tickets, online payments and maintaining the webshop.
As the spa in this hotel is connected to the other Deep Nature spas, it is possible to centralise processes, gift card sales and management information. The fact that xPlan is so complete and fully integrated makes it possible to process and store data from the different locations, all in one place. Easy to use and the overview is always preserved.
