Helvetia & Bristol in Florence open new spa with xPlan
We are thrilled to announce our first project in Italy. Right in the heart of the historical city of Florence (Italy) you can find the luxury Helvetia & Bristol Hotel. This 5 star superior hotel is part of the Starhotels Group and recently became the winner of the Conde Nast Traveler’s Readers Choice Awards 2021. The hotel is also member of The Leading hotels of the World.
Recently the hotel added a great new spa, which goes by the name of ‘La Spa’. It is a true gem. Spa Services are open to Hotel Guests and Members only. Besides offering great treatments, there is a Thermal Circuit (sauna’s, pool, steam bath), Lounge area and a Gym, equipped with the latest Technogym equipment. A great achievement by BBspa who was responsible for the concept, design and development.
Inspiration was found by the ancient Capitoline baths and the culture of the roman baths. This great spa offers some unique signature treatments. Within the spa you can enjoy the great products by Cinq Mondes and Terme di Saturnia.
xPlan is used to schedule all the treatments, group activities and entries. Furthermore the POS and Stock Control are used for the many retail items and sales of Gift Cards. And with the Membership Management tool of xPlan they can ensure each member gets the services that they are entitled of.
Fiscal Invoices can be send through the Interface with Faturra in Cloud solution.. And the Interface with the Fiscal receipt printers ensure that the sales in xPlan complies with Fiscal law on that part as well.
Our xPlan Ecommerce booking engine is used for online reservations as well as sales of Gift Cards and Memberships. All in real-time registered in xPlan. And naturally the Marketing and Financial data is at the disposal of the spa. Furthermore, xPlan is Interfaced with Oracle’s Opera solution to ensure room charging.
