xPlan Software
We are excited to announce that Les Bains d’Ovronnaz has started working with xPlan software. This hotel is located in the heart of the Alps, which makes it the perfect holiday destination. The fresh air in the mountains has both a relaxing and healing effect.
Les Bains d’Ovronaz has it all: a hotel, restaurants, steam baths, a spa centre and a thermal swimming pool. The new Panoramic Alpine Spa is not only unique for its view on the mountains, it also has a wide variety of facilities such as Hot sand beds and the Kneipp basin. Moreover, the spa also offers beauty treatments and special treatments such as Thai massages and seaweed wraps.
xPlan is used for full automatization. Guests can make a reservation online and check in/check out at our Self Service Terminal, by means of the RFID wristband. When guests check out, their wristband is automatically taken at the terminal. Hotel guests keep their wristband so they can check in again. This fully automated process stimulates cashless payment, reduces errors and eases the workload of staff.
Whereas the hotel used to work with three different systems with little communication before, they now have one integrated solution. This results in increased efficiency, correct accounting and more information available. With customer data now available, it becomes easier to tailor marketing activities accordingly. On top of these benefits, it results in an increase in turnover.
