InterContinental Lyon has
started working with xPlan
We are happy to announce that InterContinental Lyon – Hotel Dieu has started working with xPlan. This emblematic place of Lyon’s architectural heritage has more than 800 years of history and has only become a hotel since 2019. The hotel is ultra-luxurious and is located in the city centre of Lyon, close to the Rhône River.
InterContinental Lyon has a total of 144 rooms and suites, designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel, a well-known interior architect, specialized in luxury hotel design. The interior is modern and elegant but extremely atmospheric. Besides a beautiful interior, the exterior of the hotel is just as magical, with views on the basilica Notre-Dame de Fourvière and French gardens.
The hotel recently opened their new Cinq Mondes spa, which contains all the luxury one can ever dream of. This place has been designed based on a theme that respects the Beauty Rituals from the World. The Cinq Mondes Spa provides multiple exclusive treatments from all over the world such as the Balinese flowers and fruits massage and the Indian ayurvedic massage.
xPlan software is used to handle many aspects of the spa. This includes among others online reservations, the selling of gift cards and memberships. As the spa is connected to the other Cinq Mondes spas, it is possible to process and store customer data and compare KPI dashboards. Furthermore, guests can redeem their gift cards at one of the connected locations.
